Miracle Max uses a bellows in Westley's mostly dead body in order to get him to tell him what he has that is worth living for. When he presses Westley's chest he says "true love," but as Miracle Max has lost his confidence, he pretends that he heard him saying "to blave," which means "to bluff," and accuses him of cheating at cards.
